Application procedure

3 Steps: 1. Accept the conditions. 2. Pay deposit (CHF 40.00). 3. Fill in your personal data.

Application / Cancellation

The camp cost includes food and accommodation, tourtravel and musicbook. The cost does not include travel to and from the camp, 1 x practice CD 22.- and 2 x t-shirts 15.-. A deposit of 40.- per person must be paid. The deposit will be included as part-payment for the camp. If there are no places available, the deposit will be returned or you will be added to the waiting list. If you cancel, you will not receive the deposit back. If you cancel less than 30 days before the camp begins you must pay the full cost. Applications are not transferable.

• If you are accepted in the camp then cancel, you will forfeit the 40.- as administration costs. If you cancel less than 30 days before the camp begins, you must pay the full cost immediately.
• Applications are not transferable.
• Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
• With the application you agree that smoking and consuming alcohol and drugs is forbidden in Adonia music camps.
• You acknowledge that Adonia may use the information given in the application form for internal purposes such as camp lists and for leader information etc.
